I want you to set up your phone. Read the OSCE Below in 4 minutes and the record yourself for 7 minutes discussing the answer. Seriously look at yourself, at how you present and how you come across. Then ask yourself "Would I pass this candidate?"
There is nothing wrong in saying no at this point. This is the time to learn.
Ask yourself "What can I do to improve? Then do it!
