A 2.5 yo child is brought to the Emergency Department in Respiratory Distress.
​There has been shortness of breath for 2 days, getting worst today.



​On assessment, the child has:
-tracheal tug
-using accessory muscles
-is becoming drowsy

HR 160 bpm
Sats 76% on room air
